They arrived 2 hours late, were careless with their mowers and took out some of my flowers. I called that to their attention, they barely apologized and didn't offer any solution — if you're going to destroy my things, the least you could do is replace them or propose a discount on another service!

They arrived 3 hours late, failed to prune my azalea bushes and neglected to remove any of the weeds in my other flower bed. Stefan did a great job on the lawn, but that's about it. It was a lousy experience!
