Very clean apartments and very quiet. Priced well. Manager of property is very nice and easy to get along. Heating/ Cooling and all appliances work well. I would recommend to anyone.....!😀
Maintenance is always prompt and very helpful. I appreciate Lillie for being a good manager. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the entire complex. I hate the smell of animal poop or stepping in it. Apartment living is not easy. Everyone needs a safe clean place to live no matter how long the stay. Everything is expensive these days but I'm grateful not to have to replace or repair things myself. Thank you to Lilly and Marlo.
My family and I have lived at this complex since 2011. We have seen it transition into the beautiful property it is now. Lillie has by far been the best, kindest and most attentive manager we have had. The work orders are handled promptly and the tenants are always well informed of issues or information well in advance. We love our beautiful apartment and highly recommend Lux Seaside to anyone looking for an affordable and peaceful home.
Lillie is such an awesome complex manager. She worked with me during a difficult situation and I’ve been forever grateful. Communication is always on point and maintenance issues are resolved very quickly. Apartments are very clean and outdoor areas pool are always very well maintained. Definitely recommend this place!
Lillie is an absolute all star! Communication on point! Customer service on point! She has went above and beyond for my family and I! We came from Colorado and I can say in confidence that Lillie is one of if not the best apartment manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She's doing a great job with the apartments as well! I definitely recomend lux by seaside to all of my coworkers and friends because of her!
