Been here for 2 months and cant find anything to complain about. April the property manager made moving easy as 1-2-3, even with my crazy schedule.The complex is maintained quite well and monthly pest control is never a miss. If any problems occur, maintenance staff respond promptly depending on severity of the issue. Ex. I had a AC issue over the weekend and Marlo arrived within the hour to check and repair the issue. The Manager April is so caring and always makes sure my needs are met and taken care of. The property has great free covered parking. This is an older property so the closets and storage spaces are huge, and the pool is 8 feet deep! There is also a nice space by the pool around 40*40 foot to lounge and BBQ.
My fiancé and I were very impressed by this complex! Mrs. April was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, showed us 2 beautifully units. The outside patio & pool looks well-maintained. Highly recommend!
Lux Seaside is a nice place to call home. Newly renovated. Super luxurious on the inside. April the leasing manager is the best. She’ll take care of all your needs. Come check em out.
