Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. All around disgusted by this complex. I’ve been here for not even 2 years and I am on the 3rd manager within a year a half. We used to get monthly inspections done along with pest control, which does not happen anymore. Constantly having issues with something in our apartment. The insulation is absolutely garbage. I’ve asked to speak with HR multiple times, and have not had them reach out to me. Also had to have code enforcement come to my apartment because the manager was ignoring our mold issu... read more
Gustavo the Manager was very helpful and had my apartment 100% ready before I got my keys last week. No issues, everything was as described and I'm loving the peaceful place here!! Highly reccomend!!
Maintenance is always prompt and very helpful. I appreciate Lillie for being a good manager. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the entire complex. I hate the smell of animal poop or stepping in it. Apartment living is not easy. Everyone needs a safe clean place to live no matter how long the stay. Everything is expensive these days but I'm grateful not to have to replace or repair things myself. Thank you to Lilly and Marlo.
I love living here. The manager is awesome and makes sure issues are handled promptly. The maintenance guys always have work orders done as soon as possible.
Lillie is such an awesome complex manager. She worked with me during a difficult situation and I’ve been forever grateful. Communication is always on point and maintenance issues are resolved very quickly. Apartments are very clean and outdoor areas pool are always very well maintained. Definitely recommend this place!
