My car was ready before I requested it and the price was reasonable.
Making the appointment was easy and straightforward. I got a time that was convenient. When I arrived there were a few vehicles in front of me, waiting to check in. The line moved quickly and I was able to talk with a service representative. The representative was efficient and explained what service I could expect and what the cost might be. I went to the waiting area and found a comfortable seat. I was called when the service was completed. The cost was less that initially quoted. The works was done well and I left happy.
Good work. Took a lot of time. Dropped off at 7:30 am. Last pickup of day. Cashed out at 6:00 pm.

In the good old days we could talk to the mechanic. I miss that. In particular this time I had an occasional sheet metal noise under the car. The report confirmed the rattle and suggested "IS RECOMMEND TO RE-SECURE THE HEATSHIELD." but does not indicate that was done although the cost was $159.00. Car runs fine. Thanks.
Nice waiting room. This place is so busy
Lynch has always provided good service, even when unexpected problems occur. Because I am on oxygen therapy, the valet service was especially appreciated.
