They did a nice job, as usual. It took a little longer than normal, time-wise, but it was acceptable.

LIKED THE SHUTTLE BACK TO MY HOME SO I DIDN'T HAVE A LONG WAIT AT THE DEALERSHIP. IN THE PAST I ALWAYS WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A TIRE ROTATION WHEN HAVING AN OIL CHANGE. THE PAST 2 OIL CHANGES I WAS TOLD I DID NOT NEED TIRES ROTATED BECAUSE THE MILEAGE DID NOT INDICATE IT WAS NEEDED. QUITE A SAVINGS! THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT I DID NOT LIKE. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

It all went smoothly until it was time to leave with my car. A fill in service person- not Brendan - told me the car was near the show room. After walking around in the rain, all in the front of the building I had to go back in - due to not finding my car, heading towards service dept two young salesmen asked if I needed any help- I said I was looking for my car.
