Ben is a very talented problem solver & comminicator. He came up with a plan to that would save us from extensive repairs in our shower & it is working very well. Also, Amy did the leg work to see if a replacement faucet could be found & we appreciate her efforts. Despite not being able to get another faucet (the style is no longer available), she kept us informed & re-scheduled for a 2nd visit in a timely fashion. Thanks to all. Michelle Kopcha Bellingham

Your tech was on-time, very nice manner about him. He explained all he did and seemed very knowledgeable and very confident about our hvac system. Our only disappointments were that we have to make a separate for service to our rennai water heater. And that there is no other remote control essier to use for our Mitsubishi hvac.
