Lynne was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer my questions over a phone call, e mail or even text message. It is clear she is passionate about helping people achieve that life goal of owning your own home. It was stressful at times. But with RMs's App and online services it made processing my VA home loan that much easier.

Lynne is the best! She kept it real and did not sugar coat anything and this helped me keep things in reality. She worked hard to get us approved for as much as possible but kept us grounded and reminded us about what would work for our budget. She also worked super hard to get us closed fast. Lynne also responded to all calls and emails super fast (even when it said she was on vacation) and for this I was so grateful. Lynne was very helpful with the loan process. I had a complicated income history and she was able to easily get me pre-qualified and once I found the multi-family I wanted and get an approved contract she was able to lock in an amazing fixed rate and bring me to the closing table. I highly recommend using her. I've gone through the process with big banks and it is beyond complicated with them but Lynne made everything easy.
