Lynne was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer my questions over a phone call, e mail or even text message. It is clear she is passionate about helping people achieve that life goal of owning your own home. It was stressful at times. But with RMs's App and online services it made processing my VA home loan that much easier.

Lynne is the best! She kept it real and did not sugar coat anything and this helped me keep things in reality. She worked hard to get us approved for as much as possible but kept us grounded and reminded us about what would work for our budget. She also worked super hard to get us closed fast. Lynne was very helpful with the loan process. I had a complicated income history and she was able to easily get me pre-qualified and once I found the multi-family I wanted and get an approved contract she was able to lock in an amazing fixed rate and bring me to the closing table. I highly recommend using her. I've gone through the process with big banks and it is beyond complicated with them but Lynne made everything easy.

I have worked with Lynne twice in the past 5 years. She helped my family with our first home buying process and then with our recent refinance. Both experiences were wonderful and really easy. We had the pleasure of working with Lynne twice in the past 5 years. Both experiences were wonderful! She helped us get the loan for our first home and then took care of our refinance as well. She is so knowledgeable and is really responsive. She always responded to our questions within 24 hours.
