I worked with Lynne nine years ago to buy my first home and again this past summer to buy my second home; both times Lynne was amazingly easy to work with incredibly responsive and very professional. I have had friends working with other mortgage brokers who complain about delays in getting pre-approvals phone calls not returned etc. Situations like this never happened when I worked with Lynne.
