I found Lynn Haney when I saw the sign for RMS in Concord NH. I called her and she immediately knew what to do. I honestly didn't have any expectations going in, all my husband and I wanted was to see if we could get a pre-qual for a home loan and for how much. I resent used RMS to purchase my first house. Being a first time home buyer I had lots of questions and confusions. Lynne and her team helped to ease the prosses and answer all my question I had. From start to finish Lynne was amazing! She explained everything very thoroughly and was in contact with us through the whole process. I worked with Lynne nine years ago to buy my first home, and again this past summer to buy my second home; both times, Lynne was amazingly easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and very professional. I have had friends working with other mortgage brokers who complain about delays in getting pre-approvals, phone calls not returned, etc. Situations like this never happened when I worked with Lynne. I always recommend her to my friends and, if I ever move again, I will surely be calling Lynne first.

Lynne made this process simple to understand and was able to show an empathetic side to the obstacles that I thought were like mountains to me.
