From start to finish Lynne was amazing! She explained everything very thoroughly and was in contact with us through the whole process. We had been trying to refinance our home for some time and had always hit some sort of roadblock with other mortgage services. I worked with Lynne nine years ago to buy my first home, and again this past summer to buy my second home; both times, Lynne was amazingly easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and very professional. I have had friends working with other mortgage brokers who complain about delays in getting pre-approvals, phone calls not returned, etc. Situations like this never happened when I worked with Lynne. I always recommend her to my friends and, if I ever move again, I will surely be calling Lynne first.
