Throughout the entire process Lynne and her team were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions promptly. From start to finish Lynne was amazing! She explained everything very thoroughly and was in contact with us through the whole process. We had been trying to refinance our home for some time and had always hit some sort of roadblock with other mortgage services. I worked with Lynne nine years ago to buy my first home, and again this past summer to buy my second home; both times, Lynne was amazingly easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and very professional. I have had friends working with other mortgage brokers who complain about delays in getting pre-approvals, phone calls not returned, etc. Situations like this never happened when I worked with Lynne. I always recommend her to my friends and, if I ever move again, I will surely be calling Lynne first.

Lynne came highly recommended to me, and all I can say is that I am glad she did. First time I reached out to contact her she responded right away, and every time after that she was quick to respond well within 24 hours. This was my first time going through this whole process, and not once was I made to feel like I was a burden or bother to Lynne. I can honestly say that the whole experience went over so well in high part due to her. Would highly recommend Lynne to anyone looking.
