I was a nervous wreck when looking for a house and to even consider going through a mortgage agency. Lynne made this process simple to understand and was able to show an empathetic side to the obstacles that I thought were like mountains to me. Lynne came highly recommended to me, and all I can say is that I am glad she did. First time I reached out to contact her she responded right away, and every time after that she was quick to respond well within 24 hours. This was my first time going through this whole process, and not once was I made to feel like I was a burden or bother to Lynne. Lynne did a great job explaining the process to us and making sure we understood what we were doing, particularly given that we were first time home buyers. When my husband and I were looking for our second mortgage there was no doubt in our mind that we would go with Lynne and her team!
