Many caregivers and other staff were diligent, kind, caring. But the place gave them no tools to succeed. They do a great sales job, though, boasting about a fancy multi-point care program that enriches lives of dementia patients. No such thing. In fact, no one there understands dementia at all. Although it is a beautiful building the services are lacking. The memory care is nothing like they promote. Mismanagement of meds, inconsistency with activities and snacks, no reminders for the daily tasks that dementia patients need. I could go on but do your research and proceed with caution if you are searching for a memory care facility for your loved one. They deserve better than what Heartis can provide.

I would be very cautious of this organization. They have not been honest or caring. Very rude to families and I question the care that is given. I would look elsewhere. I have first hand experience with them. I wouldn't wish that on anyone else.

While location was not a priority, the pricing of this community was not a good fit. Their pricing was out of the ball park. For the tour, the tour guide was wonderful at showing us the community and I would have loved to pick this community too.
