Very easy to remove you. Just open the latch from the back slides out. Put it back in and you're done. A value for money I would say is great because when I went to officemax it was almost twice as much. You should have to make sure you get the right size tape to fit into your machine. 5.0 out of 5 stars The real thing works better. I used to buy the knock-off tape because it's like 30% of the price, so why not? Well, because after 4 years it loses its adhesive and/or the lettering wears off. If you want it to last, buy this. If you're going though it quickly for temp use, get the cheap stuff.
