Looks clear to me. M-131 Black Print on Clear Tape. Others have commented that the tape was not clear. For my use on a smooth surface, the tape was like 99.5% transparent. I suppose a less than smooth surface might occlude the transparency to some degree.
Great value I bought my labeler at a second hand store; so happy Amazon had the tape. It works great and the tape sticks wells. I've been able to label all those cords that I forget what they go to.
