They were very professional. They worked with you.
Had a small problem understanding what was standard equipment and what was add ons. Old (80 yrs) and don't pay attention as I should. Even though I am sure it was explained I opted for a $700 item I did not want. In reviewing my paperwork a few days later I noticed this problem. I called the General Manager and explained the problem. He immediately refunded the $700 to me. Will definitely buy all future cars from Mac Haik
