Several years ago, the service dept opened early so we could get my 2012 Grand Cherokee in for a repair before my husband had to be at work. They fixed my car in 24 hours when I didn't expect it back for several days. This week, I learned their sales team is just as impressive. Once she realized what I wanted wasn't on the lot, Tatianna quickly pulled in the rest of the team and found the perfect car on another lot. We quickly came to agreement on my trade, and I left in my new 2018 Grand Cherokee the next day.
