RecommendedThis place was great!! We were driving through. Wonderful service! Delicious Lasagna, calzones, and pizza. We weren't a fan of the Chicago style pizza, but we tend to like thin crust. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were still great! Definitely would returnif ever back in the area!

We used to swear by Maciano's. The service on our last delivery was terrible. We gave them a second chance and placed an order ahead of time for a specific delivery time hoping to avoid our last issue. The same exact thing happened. Food was cold and we where missing things from our order. Really unfortunate.

Our on-line order last night was terrible. The 14" pizza was dry with very little flavor. the gluten-free pizza was only cheese, did not include chicken and mushrooms requested. The two dinners of spaghetti with marinara sauce was overcooked with a different sauce than we had ever had before. little flavor with no tomato texture. Very disappointed. For the price of the large 3 topping thin crust pizza it should be AMAZING. It was not. The tiny layer of crust this one had was terrible. So mushy it felt like it was just cheese and toppings. We literally threw away the leftovers. Pizza was just plain undercooked. Got there at the soonest time the site said to pick it up, because last time we picked up towards the end, and it had been sitting there and the pizza was not hot when it got home. I waited 2.5 hours last Friday to get my salad. My coworkers and I order quite frequently from Macianos in Loves Park. New driver couldnt find my location even though I told them last building on the right, cant get any easier than that. The driver took the salad back to their location and I had to wait over another hour. do you think they remade the salad at any point in time...NOPE! Delivered a soggy mess with cold breadsticks. Terrible.
