Chicken parm sandwich dry and over cooked. Bun dry. Very disappointed.
pizza was terrible. about 1/4" thick to be generous. delivered without napkins, parmesan, or anything. pretty inconvenient when staying at a hotel. had to use hand towels. way over priced for the food and service. 1 star
What in the world did I just pay almost $30 for? Please let me send you a recipe for Alfredo sauce because I just had to dump out the pasta water you served me and made my own. If I wanted to make my own dinner I would have right off the bat. I can and I do cook often but Friday’s are usually reserved for relaxation and a glass of wine. Chicken sandwich ordered and asked for the chicken to be well done but bun was burnt! Also included three small pieces of lettuce. Mozzarella sticks (mozzarella fritti) opened up and cheese not soft at all! It's Monday night how can you mess up an order! Never was asked for fries with our sandwiches so didn't know had to ask for fries, as I order plenty of pizza but wanted to try a different flavor and epic fail! We called early for our pizza to be ready by a certain time. I don't think they started it until we got there to pick it up! Upset by the delay!
