The catering order was almost 45 minutes delayed last Saturday. I waited from 4 pm until almost 445 pm. There were no answers provided to me as to why until I waited 40 minutes. They did finally tell me that they missed making 2 lbs of beef but if I was told that up front I would have taken all the other food home to my 45 guests that were waiting for food. The manager at the end of this was very nice and did take $50 off the bill to make up for it. I normally would not post this as I understand how hard it is to run a kit... read more

While the flavor was great, the delivery was terrible. They rang the doorbell, left the food on our doorstep and my husband found our food like this. Pizza box open and crushed. I’ve never had this happen before so I called the store to inform the manager but didn’t receive a callback. The man on the phone was very apologetic and said the manager would call us back. Hope they do eventually!

I wish this was a star based rating so I could be more accurate. We have been setting up in front of the restaurant for July 4th fireworks for the past few years. Every year we order from here. This year, I walk in to order and I’m told it will be 2 hours before the food is ready. However, my Mom, who order 5 minutes before me was told an hour. So, I decided to check online and it says 30-40 minutes for a pick up order. I placed my order online and in less than 40 minutes the online tracking says it’s ready. I walk in... read more

I get that the service industry is having employment issues. But last night, a Tuesday, I ordered a pizza, for delivery. Placed the order just before 7:00, and was told it would arrive by 8:00. I called at 8:15, 9:00, and at 9:30. Every time I called I was told it would be there within 20 minutes. Just be honest with your customers!!! The last time I called, I just told them to give me my money back. Instead, they give me a $40 credit. The balls they have thinking I’ll order again!!

Pizza was extremely greasy, easily fell apart and I’m not a fan of the taste of the sauce. I’ve had much better pizza.

We love this place although the last couple of times we've been in the service has been awful! Awful! Orders wrong, no refills on drinks, orders coming out at different times (my daughter was done eating and our food still wasn't out). I'm not sure if it's the management or what. We've been here for 50 minutes, again my daughter has already finished her meal and now they bring out our appetizer.. Will definitely think twice before coming here again! And they aren't that busy... maybe 6 tables. Very disappointed!

I ordered 2 pizzas. the crust on one was burnt. both were greasy. we have ordered before but this was not a good experience

Very disappointed why is the middle of my pizza pretty much just cheese and all the beef is on the outside of the pizza? I’ve been eating here over 7 years and I cannot believe how the art of pizza has died. I’m not a happy customer.
