Our order delivered to wrong house. They called after an hour and replaced it but chicken tenders were so over cooked we could not eat them. We order a lot from this location and usually don’t have issues but this one was rough

RecommendedDelivery took about a hour, driver forgot my soda. I ordered the special. It came with cinnamon sticks, which was pizza dough. Not a fan

Placed my order at approximately 5:35 for one pizza. Pick up time said 6:10-6:15. Got there at 6:10 and notified curbside I was here. I waited until 6:25 to call and they said the pizza was just put in the oven….seriously? This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this location.

Needs better staff that actually listen, and need better attitudes. The food quality was way below what I remember and didn't get what I asked for. Disappointed.

macianos keeps asking for my review and so here it is. i just called to place an order and the girl said they arent taking orders so i asked why and with an attitude she said its because we are busy and then hung up. i understand the circumstances so thats not my gripe my problem is the attitude of the girl representing this place. think ill spend my money somewhere else.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! As a first time customer with a delivery order it took 3 hours to receive our Pizza. After an hour and 20 minutes called to check on order, was told made fresh and going out with next driver should receive in 20 minutes the latest. Well then still no pizza. About 10-15 mins later Macianos calls asking if we ever received order. I replied No. they proceeded to tell me they lost our ticket and should be delivered shortly. This now the 2 hour mark . Chicken Florentine , thin crust pepperoni pizza, boneless barbecue wings
We ordered them last night and our delivery was 40 minutes late! When it got to be 10 minutes past, our order was still showing as prepping. Luckily the food was still hot and good, but the wait time was ridiculous.
