So disappointed in the quality of our food today but more importantly the customer service. We order a tray of the baked mostaccioli with vodka regularly here. While the order was correctly made, it was obvious at the first bite that the vodka sauce was off. It honestly tasted like there was a horrible chemical in it. We have been going to Maciano's since it opened. We always liked there food. When we would pick up our order we would not have to check to see if we had everything. We would always get extra sauce etc. We realize that during holidays and busy times mistakes are made. We never had such poor quality food. Our lasagna had zero sauce on it and only four pieces of Italian bread. This was for a full tray .We use to receive a whole half tray of bread sticks and extra sauce without even asking. Our catering order was horrible! The chicken was dry and overcooked. The pasta only filled half the pan and had almost no sauce. I needed to scramble at the last minute to supplement the menu on Christmas Eve. I will never cater from them again. They should be ashamed to serve what they did.

Told me it would be about 2 hours for delivery and it came within the hour.

The pizza is ok and the lasagna is absolutely delicious… but the bait and switch with the coupon and the actual price of the pizzas really rubbed me the wrong way. They are absolutely allowed to raise their prices… but don’t send out coupons that are still valid(!) with the wrong price and then have your poor staff have to apologize for the error!

We just moved to the area and was told they were pretty good so we gave them a shot. Order thin crust half cheese half sausage and an order of mozzarella sticks. Pizza was just okay. The crust was rubbery and hard to chew, frozen pizza quality. Sauce is sweet which isn’t my preference. Pizza was greasier than I care for which isn’t too much of an issue but paired with everything else, I didn’t see myself wanting additional pieces or saving the left overs. 🤷🏻‍♀️ No desires to order again unfortunately.

Our pizza was misshaped, and was smaller than ordered. The crust was chewy to the point of tasting stale. The 2 liter bottles we received were hot and I was not offered a bag to carry them out in. A frustrating experience.

my pizza was delivered. when i opened the box, it looked like it had been thru a massacre! all the cheese slid to one side! not good experience at all!
