Every time I place an order there’s something wrong. Either it’s cut wrong, there’s not enough cheese, or there’s NO cheese on several slices (when I’ve ordered EXTRA cheese). Very disappointing!!! I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again.

Worst experience ever.. Lady forgot to put my order in. Mind you I called in a head to place my order.. When I get to the restaurant they didn’t know what I was talking about.. I had to re-order then wait 30 mins.. The pizza tastes terrible. I’ll never eat there again!!

We have always enjoyed the lasagna, but have noticed that they used very little meat sauce the last two times that we ordered, which made the dish very dry. Either the staff needs trained or it is an attempt to cut costs but either way it was not up to par.

We ordered Maciano’s regularly and used to love their food, however the last two times I ordered the spaghetti had very little sauce, and the salad was starting to wilt. I ordered a recent catering order and found a caterpillar in my salad and lettuce had some brown spots, and again spaghetti had very little sauce. We will no longer be ordering from Maciano’s.
Had a carry out pizza. Topping was good. Crust was terrible. Couldn’t even eat it. Will not be back.

pizza was just ok, bread sticks were hard and dry...not like I remembered them being. Times before they were soft and coated in butter and garlic.
Why is there an inch of crust all around the outside with no cheese or toppings? I even asked the girl to put on extra cheese so I wouldn’t have that issue!

Today (11/12/19) We experienced the worst service ever! At 11:07am we place our order of a family house salad and a pick four ingredients pizza for our business meeting. They said there were going to deliver out food at 12:15pm by 12:45pm we called to check the order status and the lady on the phone said that they had a ‘big order’ and the delivery guy was not there to deliver our food.
