I moved here two months ago and really enjoy it here. Great staff and the maintenance guys are great! Close to all kinds of shopping & restaurants. Nice floorplans.

Madison Waterstar is great place to make your home in the West Kissimmee area, with several spacious floor plans to choose from. The complex management team is extremely friendly and helpful and the maintenance is prompt, attentive, and courteous. The apartments are conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and it borders Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

My mom and I did our tour with Xander over the weekend, he was beyond amazing answered all my questions on the amenities and area as I am relocating he is extremely nice and, informative, I definitely have Madison Waterstar as one of my top choices.

Their agent Xander (hope I got it right haha) is fantastic!!! He’s great at touring and the community itself is gorgeous! He was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions (all 137 lol) ! If you’re looking to lease I’d definitely recommend this complex and Xander!
