Me and my wife went to view the brand new Madison Waterstar Apartments by Disney, since we are needing an upgrade expecting our first child and as Disney pass holders the location couldn’t be better! Jeff Hatton did an exceptional job showing us around and painting the picture of what is to come with the ongoing construction! We knew we had to sign right away and Jeff took time to help us get everything set up and in no time we have secured our new home!

The minute I stepped in the office I was greeted so warmly by Xander and his colleague. They made it instantly feel like home for me. I’m excited about the opening of this amazing complex! It’s in such a nice and newly built area minutes away from Disney! Can’t wait to move in!

I had a great tour with Xander today. He took out time to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. Xander even showed me a 2/2 when asked at the last minute could I see that model. He showed great understanding of the concept and designs of the apartment building and also deserve a great raise in his pay. He was that great today.
