Brought my 2013 Honda in for a bumper replacement after a fender bender. After an insurance mixup, I was forced to pay out of pocket for part of the payment, which wasn’t supposed to happen. However, after working directly with Sean in the service department, he had the mixup straightened out and had cut a check to me within an hour. He assured me it was a mistake and he made it right immediately. Sean is amazing to deal with and he’s the reason I trust to bring my car here!!! Definitely recommend. Good customer service!
