Great family owned dealership. Garrett was professional & friendly. He was honest & upfront about everything. The entire car buying process was a breeze from start to finish. The service dept is very efficient too. When I brought my car in for it's first service, By the time I set myself up at one of their customer work stations my vehicle was ready. We just can't say enough good things about this dealership overall � Very happy we chose to purchase from them.

We bought our last car from Creiss when he worked at another Honda dealership, and after returning there and dealing with someone else, we remembered that Creiss had moved to Madison Honda. We went there to buy our new car yesterday, and the whole experience was completely different.
