I was told by these people that they could get bad medical debt removed from my credit report. I explained that I had a medical emergency in 2013 where the local hospital mishandled my case and a different hospital provided emergency surgery to save my life. The first hospital according to EMTALA law should be liable for those bills, but it was shut down several years later. The “specialist” was supposed to be informed of this. They took my money for 4 months, the debt keeps getting re-aged and added back to my credit report... read more

The two debts in question were just reported new in 2020. When you dispute accounts, we can get them removed, but if you owe the money, like they are stating that you do, every time a new collection agency buys the debt they will report it to the credit bureaus, that is how they all operate. When you enrolled in October you had other debts that we were disputing and removing, it is not our fault an old debt from 2013 came back on your credit report this year, that does not translate to us taking your money.
