Wondering how many people have had large "repairs" done since the new laws changed? Every month...its a new repair when before you couldn't get them here to fix anything!

DO NOT RENT!! When we first acquired our apartment we had so many issues that needed to be fixed and they delayed our move in date due to them having to "clean" the apartment. Which was a joke! There was junk in sink that hadn't been cleaned out, the toilet needed cleaning and when we were walking around, my kids feet I noticed were BLACK from the floor! Mold issues in bedroom, severe leaking causing a pond on the bathroom floor from the upstairs bathroom to the ground level apartment. thermostat not registering properly with a very dated heaters. Poor maintenance workers that dont correct critical issues immediately but yet wait 2 weeks later. No compensation off rent from issues tenants suffer caused by poor maintenance. Bogus additional charges for. extremely poor property management company and a true definition of a "slum lord"

Do not rent from this place unless you want to get ripped off!! We paid every month on time and I understand we broke our lease but I did all the work and still got charged $300!!! I felt bad for breaking the lease so I advertised it, showed it and totally cleaned it. All they had to do was paperwork so about $20 worth!!! Find another place to rent from!! Plus that it was a mess when we moved it and they never did anything to fix them. Even the stupid deadbolt lock was on backwards!! The whole year we were here was a joke!!

Have had a bad experience so far. We were promised the place would be painted before we moved in and it wasn't roof our building is deteriorating. It appears nobody even entered our unit to clean/paint/fix anything after last tenants. Still have many issues with the place that we asked to be fixed right after move in. Uneducated in domestic violence issues, and uncaring to the point of support. Rent with them and you are a number not a person or rather in my case an ATM not a victim.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I put in an application on July 14. They had the info they needed and the credit check done by July 17. The only thing they needed was a consigner form - which they never asked for. The apartment that I originally wanted was leased. I asked for my application to be transferred to a different apartment on July 19. It was not transferred until July 22.
