Guys I had a bad hair day with them. I wanted brown hair but unfortunately got jet black color. When I raised it to the manager with this review, I was assisted immediately. My concern was addressed right away and my money was refunded on my request. That is excellent professionalism on their end. I really appreciate them valuing my review and refunding $105. I cannot be happier!! Thank you customer service support and staff

It's been hit or miss at this location, but I gave it one more chance, and Danielle redeemed the situation at last! She gave me the hair color of my youth, which has eluded me since I began coloring my grays. She was so thorough and took such a smart approach to solving for my previous color woes--I'm ecstatic. I wish all of their color specialists cared as much as she does and had her level of expertise and know how.

The Madison Reed in Scarsdale is way better than the one in Westport. The people are more professional--- they introduce themselves--They seem to know the nuance of how to get your hair colored properly. Stephanie is particularly great. I really love the idea of this company started by a woman run by a woman named after her daughter. But I feel like the training can be tweaked a bit. My first time at Madison Reed. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie cover my grays. She did an amazing job! I'm so happy with the outcome and will definitely be back. Just a note which I did not know... they do not do hair cuts in Scarsdale and you dry your own hair which I like to do anyway. Thanks Stephanie!

Went in for root touch-up and gloss! Was promptly greeted by Emily, she was walked me through how we color match my root color (so high tech). Was able to work while color proceed. Her hands are magical at the shampoo station! Highly recommended, and ask for Emily!!
