The worst! First off, calling the Eastchester location nobody ever answers the phone. Secondly, my husband went to the Eastchester location since nobody was answering the phone to pick up a box of my color. But when he got there, he was ignored by the staff. He patiently waited 30 minutes and not one person asked if they could help him. He finally spoke up, and the girl that did approach him, had a nasty attitude as if he was bothering her. I will never go back!

I love that this place exists and that I can be a member and get my roots done without harming my hair. It's a great thing. However, one issue is their sinks. They completely skimped on that-- they are the kind of sinks that absolutely KILL your neck-- it's just that skinny place where you have to rest your neck with the full weight of your head-- like in 1982 when those were the only kind of sinks there were.
