I bought the dye to dye my own hair When I washed out the dye a lot of my hair came off Weeks later as I comb my hair strands of hair comes off I never had this problem before I wish I have read previous reviews of this product

I do not go here for color services however, I went to purchase a gift card for my friend. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk however there were two employees were in the back working on clients. The manager barely looked up at me to ask me if I needed assistance. I had to talk loudly so that she could hear me over the blow dryer. At that point I politely asked for a gift card. She said you're "gonna" (yes gonna) have to wait, there are only two of us here. First off I was charged much more than when I booked online. I went in asking for the same thing I paid for, was told a full head of foil...which okay I don't do hair so I wasn't aware this wasn't a bolyage process. THEN my person wasn't feeling well, I had an assistant helping & I specifically heard him tell her to check me in 5 min. Supercuts for hair color. You get whoemever happens to be available when you walk in. I asked the person to match the lightest hair on my head and warned her that my hair really soaks up color and to go lighter then one would assume (I said I would rather my hair turn out too light then too dark). She either didn't listen or had no clue what she was doing since my hair turned out almost black (not a light golden brown I asked for).

No communication on exactly what your services were. Didn't find out until I arrived for my appointment. When I was told that they couldn't help me I was confused. The lady I dealt with was unable to explain logically why she couldn't service me.

Third time coming here. First 2 times it was great. This most recent time in the Eastchester salon, the colorist got hair dye on my entire neck and half my face!!! It was so sloppy! Wish we could request colorists

Stay away. !!! Not one person knows what they are doing !!!! Rude , understaffed , they hop from one person to the next . No one there to wash the color out of your hair. . I came in 2 min late then my appointment +10 min grace period. Was in the store already when they were ringing up a customer. I was nice and did not rush to let them know I am here. They rescheduled my appointment to 45 min later because of me being 2 min late! I have been with this salon for last 4 years and every time they are booked up and in a rush with other clients not servicing me on time I NEVER EVER was upset/rushed them/ or anything. The worst! First off, calling the Eastchester location nobody ever answers the phone. Secondly, my husband went to the Eastchester location since nobody was answering the phone to pick up a box of my color. But when he got there, he was ignored by the staff. He patiently waited 30 minutes and not one person asked if they could help him. He finally spoke up, and the girl that did approach him, had a nasty attitude as if he was bothering her. I will never go back!
