Went in for root touch-up and gloss! Was promptly greeted by Emily, she was walked me through how we color match my root color (so high tech). Was able to work while color proceed. Her hands are magical at the shampoo station! Highly recommended, and ask for Emily!!

Omg absolutely ruined my hair. Where do I begin? Inexperienced. Color blind. I know it's not the colorist's fault... it's the company, the education program, the poor training these people receive. I really hope they figure it out. My roots still look terrible after going back a second time to fix and my hair is like straw. Never again. What I would add is this is management's fault from the senior level and on down.

Really bad service. First I was ignored, then told I would have to wait before anyone would even speak to me. Left after standing there like a fool for 20 minutes

Arrived on time for my appointment. After waiting at check for several minutes someone finally came & told me to take a chair. sat for twenty minutes with no acknowledgment of my being there finally got up & left. Staff is rude & not engaged with customers. Very unfriendly & unhelpful vibe.

I bought the dye to dye my own hair When I washed out the dye a lot of my hair came off Weeks later as I comb my hair strands of hair comes off I never had this problem before I wish I have read previous reviews of this product

I do not go here for color services however, I went to purchase a gift card for my friend. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk however there were two employees were in the back working on clients. The manager barely looked up at me to ask me if I needed assistance. I had to talk loudly so that she could hear me over the blow dryer. At that point I politely asked for a gift card. She said you're "gonna" (yes gonna) have to wait, there are only two of us here. First off I was charged much more than when I booked online. I went in asking for the same thing I paid for, was told a full head of foil...which okay I don't do hair so I wasn't aware this wasn't a bolyage process. THEN my person wasn't feeling well, I had an assistant helping & I specifically heard him tell her to check me in 5 min. Those min went by...& I waited & waited, until my anxiety was bad & asked the lady next to me why she never came back. Supercuts for hair color. You get whoemever happens to be available when you walk in. I asked the person to match the lightest hair on my head and warned her that my hair really soaks up color and to go lighter then one would assume (I said I would rather my hair turn out too light then too dark). She either didn't listen or had no clue what she was doing since my hair turned out almost black (not a light golden brown I asked for).
