I think they should have a front person to answer questions to help customers. Why are you letting the Hair colors do both? That's not right things would run a lot smoother. If you had a front person answering questions the hairstyle is having to stop each time someone comes in I don't like it

I really was indecisive about my hair, and gone different colors. And Nicole really helped me get back to what I wanted and what suited me best. Every person that I've encountered has been friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here. you will not be disappointed!

my hair came out good except the front was not bright enough...Update I went back today and they fixed it and it's perfect, but I must say these hair colorist are working their butt off doing hair washing/dying and then the clerical. I don't understand why they don't have a front person to check people out and do the clerical.
