Rude stylists mocked me- did wrong color too red and tried to correct it then over charged $170.00 and no blow dry. Worst experience ever!! Called to speak to manager got the run around.... Not helpful or apologetic.

Yall! I can not say enough about how wonderful, caring and talented this team is. After a rather big oops while trying to lift color and then dye it myself, I was in need of serious help. Fari was absolutely amazing-sat me down and broke down what would be best and least damaging for my hair. I had such a great experience at Madison Reed Color Bar in Laguna Niguel! Summer did my root color and suggested a beautiful toner to transition into the fall -- and I'm so glad she did! It gave my hair the perfect tone and shine. Then Nichole did an amazing job applying the toner and giving me a gorgeous blowout. Love this concept. Colorists are all friendly and professional. I purchased a membership and use the app to check out ( pay) and book my appointments. The app isn't great for check-in, but there's always someone to greet you and check you in.

I've been going to Madsion Reed for a while and recently tried the Laguna Niguel location for the first time. Summer was my stylist and did a really nice job covering all my gray and not rush through the process. Overall great experience and convenient location.
