I have colored my hair since covid, but decided to try a salon again. I went in , waited a little while for my appointment then had my roots colored. I experienced no burning or pain. The assistant that washed my hair gave an excellent scalp massage with my shampoo and gloss. I'll definitely be back in a month. Five days later, I went to my stylist for a trim and she complemented my color, she said, very professional. Thank you

My experience was terrible. Bad service and the Hair color was so bad I had to go back to get it fix. I will definitely not go back, Horrible experience.

Worst customer service ever! No smiles, no eye contact and actually treated like it's a pain in their ass to serve you. Great color!

Extremely poorly run Madison Reed store/ cannot book appointments anymore since they are always short staffed/ no manger to speak to/ and have to wait up to 30-40 minutes past your appointment time : I have written the company with no response

I am not unhappy with the color. I am, however, unhappy with the fact that every time I make an appointment, I still end up waiting. If I wanted to sit around waiting, there would be no point in making an appointment in the first place. There also seems to be no sense of urgency or consideration for the client's time. Sitting there listening to personal conversations between the tech and another client while waiting past my appointment time feels disrespectful and inconsiderate. Do better!

I scheduled an appointment to cover my roots, the colorist suggested the color that according to her would have a good coverage but it didn't, I left with my hair wet and when it dried out my roots where as gray as they where before, total wast of money! Will cancel my membership

Went there twice most recent 3 22 26 - one girl was mixing color - informed me they have no phone - book everything on line - all virtual - she was cold and then wished me a good week - isn't it usually for a day PROBABLY KNEW I AM NOT READY FOR ALL VIRTUAL - and want a warmer welcome which I didnt get either time I came in to inquire as they are near Whole Foods Boynton = why not get robots to do hair it is the new thing LOL

Made an appointment 3days ago for today. Got a text to confirm about 45 minutes before my appointment. Got there and they canceled my appointment. No text, no phone call, no email, NOTHING!!! So inconsiderate and unprofessional in my opinion! I wouldn't go to this place - there are too many other salons that have integrity!

I was there for over 2 hours. My color was left on over an hour so I could not get the dye off around my face. The other customers were as shocked as i was that I was now going to have to go to business meetings with this awful staining around my hairline about a 1/2" from hairline around my entire face! Terrible
