As soon as I walked in people seemed unattentive and unwelcoming. Just didn't get a good vibe from the place.

DO NOT TRUST - I went in for a box kit to color match my BROWN roots.. the stylist chose my color that would best match for me. I got home and the kit they gave me was USED!!!! I was able to chat with somebody online since the store wouldn't answer my call ( 3x) and she gave me a refund which was great. *** She did explain to me that the kits were put together at the store - which then in my mind made it worse because then you had an employee putting a completely used color tube into a box for a customer**** incompetence in... read more

This was my first visit. After spending one hour and twenty minutes there my new shirt was ruined with color and my face looked like a three year old did the job. Upon returning to the store today, I was told I have to call The Color Crew hotline .After texting back and forth I did receive a small future credit and a lot of legal disclaimers. Very unsatisfied with my hair and last minute came out orange on top with blonde highlights went back again and they did exactly the same thing. I don't know why I paid him over $600 very unhappy now it's costing me about $800 to repair my hair. They can't seem to get the orange out of my hair. I had two visits to a different salon 400 and I had to pay another 200 and I have to pay another 200 in weeks to try to get the orange out of my hair.
