Percy is wonderful and a pleasure to be around. He is so helpful and takes the time to answer all questions. His application is outstanding and color turns out looking healthy and natural. Also had Nicole one time and she is amazing too. It is so convenient to become a member as you get extra perks and everything about it is easy. Love the modern and minimal space - It's clean and fresh and always a great experience!

My stylist went above and beyond to brighten up my blonde hair and lighten my roots that were way over due for a touch up. She did a beautiful balayage after lightening my roots and then toned it all to perfection! My hair feels so soft and smells so good! I posted before and after photos because I am obsessed with how beautiful it turned out!

Great experience today at the Color Bar in KOP! It was as described on the website as doing roots, full color and bayalage only, which was perfect because I needly to QUICKLY get rid of a at home dye job gone wrong. Without judgement, Percy matched me with a color similar to my natural color and got to work. MAJOR selling point was there were no awful mirrors that you have to sit in front of for 30 minutes while processing. During the COVID shutdown in 2020 when my regular salon was closed, I purchased Madison Reed hair color online and tried my best to color myself. The quality of the product was great. The quality of my efforts coloring my own hair--well, not so great. I was thrilled when Madison Reed opened in KoP in the fall of 2020. Having my hair transformed at Madison Reed was a great experience. Not only is the color perfect , and the technicians knowledgeable, but the atmosphere was relaxing and spa like. I exited with an awesome hair color and a peaceful continence. There is nothing more I would want!

This place is really cute and safe when Arrving, i got a temp check,new mask and smock. Everyone was very friendly. Came in for. Roots+gloss+blow dry. Ended up doing the gloss that was more like a toner. Did the job which left my hair looking less brassy and very soft and a boost of life. I was hesitant to try Madison Reed after hearing bad reviews online about grays coverage, but I was actually impressed, service was timely, staff was knowledgeable and my color turned out vibrant and rich with no grays peeking , not having a horrible smell from the dye was a definite plus too, time will tell if the color lasts, I'm considering becoming a member to get the extra perks, the only drawback is it doesn't seem to be much cheaper than going to a salon but the ease of making an appt online and having longer hours s... read more
