Absolutely awful experience. The staff is very obvious that they do not want to be working there. I requested a single color. The color was fine, but I left with my hair covered with color even after they "shampooed it". Unknowing, I sat on my couch and stained it. I immediately had to shower to try to wash the color out. If you want to go to Madison Reed, the Ardmore location is better.

I truly have never written a Yelp review before, but I had to for this salon because of how bad my hair turned out. I went in asking to go blonde, which I know is usually a multi-step process. My hair is medium brown, but the stylist said she didn't want to dye my base color, and instead wanted to do a heavy balayage. When I questioned whether my base color was too dark, she said "trust me." I wish I hadn't lol. She did not use any foil or head wrap, all she did was tie a piece of cotton around my forehead??? sorry to say I will never be back. the last time I was there my hair turned out great. first i thought I had made an appointment with my last hair professional but was assigned someone else today. second she said I requested a balayage and roots. I did not. I came back to get a touch up. I always get foils. she did not do any foils. my hair is ruined now. I have black roots and blond on the ends. in other words I looks like I need a touchup!!!!

Read the bad reviews and know they are usually the correct ones. I have been coming here for over a year and have used their kits for over 3 years. Today is the last time I will not only stop going to the shop but will discontinue the product completely. I asked for a medium brown and my hair is black with no dimension and the dye made my scalp really itchy and hair super dry

Well ..... ALWAYS trust reviews.. One of the most horrific experience I ever had to Indore at a salon.. but I wouldn't even call it a salon . First they tried to tell me that they did my roots and it was a full color brush through , REALLY If you do not put dye also the hair then it is not a full hair color he tried to tell me otherwise.
