I booked an appointment this morning and walked out crying after 25 minutes without getting the service. I brought reference photos and explained that I have little experience dyeing my hair. I need there to be negative stars on this app because wow this is probably the most horrific experience I've had at any salon EVER. I was there yesterday in hopes of getting my hair dyed without too much damage being done because of Madison's Reed ingredients I was drawn to go there. The negative experience starts bad and keeps getting worse and worse. THE worst company ever! The coloring treatment is horrible! I had so much hope and excitement and it all went out the window. It indicates all these none harmful ingredients yet my hair never felt worse. It took me two weeks to bring the shine and softness back to my hair by doing healthy masking. The actual site I went to has no management on site or anybody in charge. I really wanted to love this location but the manager and staff seem completely miserable and are very unprofessional! While is was there, all I heard was the staff talking crap about clients and the company being horrible! I asked about blowing out my hair and they said they didn't style hair and that it would just be blown dry( that was only with them in Montclair) The lack of professionalism and rude attitude made me want to cancel my membership but another location opened and I took a chance!
