I really wanted to love this location but the manager and staff seem completely miserable and are very unprofessional! While is was there, all I heard was the staff talking crap about clients and the company being horrible! I asked about blowing out my hair and they said they didn't style hair and that it would just be blown dry( that was only with them in Montclair) The lack of professionalism and rude attitude made me want to cancel my membership but another location opened and I took a chance!
