This was my first time at the Madison Reed Tribeca location. I was extremely happy with the whole experience, from the ease of booking on line to how friendly and professional my colorist, Sass (hope I spelled her name right) was. my color came out great. Definitely plan to return.

A great experience every time! The environment is welcoming and efficient. The color comes out great. Shana is the best with color and blowouts. She has a wonderful, engaging personality. I feel like I am with a friend when I see her. She is the reason I switched from the Flatiron shop to Tribeca!

OMG! I love this place so much ! I go to Shaeena or Melissa and I love them both! Everyone is so nice at this location. I only go to Tribeca but I would assume that the company culture creates the same environment in all the locations. I have very stubborn grays and this is the first time in 15 years that I haven't had an issue with coverage. The Limitless Pro+ membership makes it affordable for those of us that need to go every 4 weeks. I highly recommend Madison Reed.

The woman who did my hair didn't do what I asked. She did highlights - but all of my dark roots still showed; and she washed out the brightness with a toner. She also told me the highlights were 50% off given a special they were running; but when I checked out to pay, I was told that the 50% off didn't apply. Finally, I was asked to provide my feedback in a follow-up email, which I provided given Madison Reed "cares about your experience and wants you to love your hair!"
