I've been here a year this month! The staff is not only good at what they do but they are a very caring group of people! I've needed some extra help, and they are there for us in any way possible! Our price point is pretty much the same in facilities such as ours. I'm in a villa a bit separate from the main facility, but is a short walk from everything! Very caring and friendly staff- They treated my dad like family. They coordinated with hospice care well. When my dad's problems became more complicated they needed reminders to do things but then got better with it. Sometimes my dad refused their services though too.
The people there are very nice they did the best they possibly could with the amount of staff they had. The hospice people that came in Crescent they were very very nice very helpful very apathetic. The pharmacy that you got didn't do as well they double charged me they sent me a bill in the mail I got it I sent him a check and then they figured out that I had a credit card with you so they charged me on the credit card also. Not a lot of help in finding and holding on to personal belongings. Otherwise a good place to start. The activities needs more participation.
My dad has had a great experience. My mom has actually moved there as well in a villa. I'm very pleased. Only downside is the food. Yes, we would very much recommend this community to others. My dad has gone from independent living to memory care fact independent living, and now he's going into assisted living. All of those transitions have been great and Magnolia Bridge has worked with me. That's also the reason why I recommended my mom move there as well. There are some management/staffing/dining issues here, and several residents are moving elsewhere. Another facility is promising more. But I have some friends here from my old neighborhood, and this facility is meeting their needs. They enjoy the activities and the social opportunities. It probably works best for people who don't drive because we don't have assigned parking.
