Not a lot of help in finding and holding on to personal belongings. Otherwise a good place to start. The activities needs more participation.
My dad has had a great experience. My mom has actually moved there as well in a villa. I'm very pleased. Only downside is the food. Yes, we would very much recommend this community to others. My dad has gone from independent living to memory care fact independent living, and now he's going into assisted living. All of those transitions have been great and Magnolia Bridge has worked with me. That's also the reason why I recommended my mom move there as well. She's been living in one of the villas in independent living and it'... read more
There are some management/staffing/dining issues here, and several residents are moving elsewhere. Another facility is promising more. But I have some friends here from my old neighborhood, and this facility is meeting their needs. They enjoy the activities and the social opportunities. It probably works best for people who don't drive because we don't have assigned parking.
What we like the most about Magnolia Bridge is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
My father moved into this community last year. He moved from another local community. We have been very pleased with communication, activities and the dining experience. He has lived in both the assisted living community and now the memory care area. The group here has been very helpful during this transition. Great team. Great residents.
I can only tell you what I'm told by my mother - she doesn't like the food and the activity are boring it could be a perfect place and she would still complain about it that's all I know thanks.
Staff is awesome, for sure!! Need more staff on the weekends. Care points were tough to follow though. Billing very tough to follow! I believe if you were basically renting or leasing the unit you should run this from the first of every month that's how it should be run. I'm not really sure the purpose as to why you do not bill the first of the month.
My experience here has been wonderful! The staff here is helpful in every way possible! I couldn’t be happier! I love my villa which couldn’t be more perfect for my puppy and me! As I get older, I moved here to be closer to family! Lastly, the weather is a factor for me as I left a part of the country where the winters could be vicious!
Unfortunately [name removed] passed away last November. Magnolia Bridge was great while he was there. The staff were very nice and kind to him.
