Overall experience - very good from the initial contact to contact after [name removed] passed away. Cleanliness - it's brand new and they are maintaining it. Friendliness of staff - from great to not so great. Depends on the person or the day. Quality of Care - depends on who is on duty but overall good to very good. Meals - good. Activities - probably the weakest link. Value -very good.
My father is currently a resident at Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet and his experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, meals, activities and value for cost are also great. I think that this facility is a great place. I would recommend Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet to others as an option for Assisted Living for their loved one.
My mom says that she thinks the staff is very friendly and she had a good impression of the gentleman who runs the facility. Food was pretty good, with the occasional exception. Room seems very nice. It's in a good location, she walks to Publix.
The food that is prepared for the residents there is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful on all levels. They are responsive to all problems and issues we may have. The head nurse at the community is top notch.
Great beginnings, hasn't been open long enough to expand comments. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet to other families. It will be a beautiful community once it is filled.

When you do have the service of an actual RN or one in training, they did not exhibit an understanding of or training for Dementia. Residents wander in and out of rooms and I even saw a resident slap a... read more
It became apparent after a few short weeks that the care within the memory care unit was substandard. Most caregivers tried hard, but lacked training and leadership. Very unsatisfactory experience.
