There were a few details that need to be addressed. Nothing more than first time in our house issues.

They were extremely thourough in their cleaning. The maids were very friendly too. My only negative was cost, I don't think it should cost that much. Plus I think they should be able to tell you the cost right away, not well maybe it will be less, maybe it will be more.
Very friendly and courteous maids. Came a little early which was great. They followed all the instructions for a quick and light cleaning job.
The workers were very pleasant and friendly. They were versatile in that they happily used my cleaning solutions rather than the ones they brought to do the job. The results were good but not excellent. There were areas that I had to point out, which they took care of, but generally it is stuff they should have spotted on their own.
First, I was given an hour window for their arrival time (1:30-2:30PM), they didn't arrive during that time frame and I had to call the company to find out why. The company didn't contact me when they knew that their crew was running behind, something I think that they should have done as a courtesy to the customer. The personnel were very courteous and showed up on time. They did a good job. Will use them for bi-weekly cleanings.
