You have to tell them absolutely everything that needs to be cleaned, be specific. I told them I had mostly hardwood floors but carpeted bedrooms. I came home to find out they hadn't vacuumed any of the carpets. There's also an extra charge for each of the things you need to mention. Carpets, floors, bathrooms, fridge... All odd that will cost extra to clean.
The maids did a great job cleaning however, my problem was with the management. They stated a price as a minimum and maximum and of course billed at the maximum. Sent four maids for the job of one and divided the allowed time by the four and left a hour early. for example, 4 maids charged per maid by .5 salary (half hr) and left in one hour , but charged for 2.0 (2 hr) at the max rate. They broke a lights in the bathroom. They did not completely clean the entire home to include the sink. They said they sanitize the sinks and bath areas but they only use peroxide and water to clean. I was disappointed when I contacted them I asked in advance if they removed stains out of carpets. They told me they had a stain remover they used however, they told me if I wanted a professional carpet cleaner they could arrange for one to come out. Very poor service and damage to property. I was very unhappy with the level of service. The service was never on time and there was damage to the property.
