Better than I had hoped: thorough, professional, honest, hard-working.
They did a good job with the one-time deep cleaning so I have hired them to continue cleaning the house. The only complaint I have is that they need 48 business hours prior notice if we cannot have them come when scheduled. That seems a little too long, as some things come up later than that. The cleaning crews are careful of our belongings and thorough and very professional.
The cleaning crew did an excellent job. I left when they started, but the landlady inspected the apartment when they were done and said it looked great, and everything was deep cleaned. They were very happy with the job that was done.
I was quoted a range, but the final bill was more than the range. My crew came by with two, but a third person brought them water (after I missed the crew's call) and stayed to help. In my 2 bedroom apartment, three probably was a crowd. However, I was pleased with the results.
This service is wonderful. I hired them for a one-time cleaning but based on meeting them and seeing how they worked, I am hiring them on a continuing basis. I feel very comfortable with them, with or without me being home and feel their work ethic means they will do an excellent job, whether I am home or not. Colleen R.
