Great cleaning service!
Maid Brigade did a good job.
The cleaning service they provided was very good. Following the cleaning I received my bill and was over charged. After speaking with the customer service rep, sales rep, and GM; they were all very rude and aggressive that I was trying to rip them off. I was quoted for 90/hr. The cleaning took less than 30 minutes. I was charged 102 dollars. I tried to communicate this to them and they continually became more aggressive and made no progresses with me on the situation. Friendly and and did an excellent job
The crew sent to my house were absolutely amazing. It was a real big challenge and they more than earned their money that day!
Tammy and her team were incredible.Tammy went over and above and gave me lots of tips and advice. I would love to have them on a regular basis but money is tight. I would recommend her to anyone.
I felt they exhibited the consumate professionalism I needed and appreciated.
They did a fabulous job! I love the fact that it is green, less chemicals!
There was an option to put a "cap" on the bill amount. I placed a limit at $200.00 (the amount that the bill should not exceed. I was billed $285.00. I spoke with a representative of Maid Brigade about this who confirmed that I did place a $200 limit but they did not see it and will not be returning the $85.00 difference. Will not recommend or use again because of this.
