Called Maid Pro and got a quote. They told me that if it would take longer than that, they'd call and see if it was ok first. They listened to exactly what we needed/wanted done. Since we just bought our house, we really needed the kitchen and bathrooms done, we didn't have the carpets or window done since this was being done by differen people. We contacted Maidpro when we first got one of their flyers in our mailbox. We have always been very impressed with Brent and his managers. I think they have probably been cleaning for us for over 5 years. We have only had a few occasions when we have needed to call the office to complain about something that wasn't done correctly and that was usually the first time that a new service provider had cleaned for us. My house was in bad shape and needed cleaning very badly. They did a really good job. While there were areas that needed more work, they made tremendous progress on the 1st visit. I had them come in this week, which was a usually unscheduled week to try to catch up fully. They did a nice job and did some extra cleaning of fixtures. I am very pleased with what they did and how it will set me up for maintaining my house much better.

We have just started using them. So far, the experience has been very positive. They are on time and very thorough. We are going to continue to use them. It costed us $150.

It went well and I was very happy with the service. It was nice having the entire house cleaned at once. They were very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Their manager came out and checked the employees work and provided helpful criticism and fixed what she felt they missed. It seems as though they would like to ensure the utmost quality.

We started with Maid Pro about 5 - 6 months ago for biweekly cleaning. Brent, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with and made ample attempts to solicit feedback on the work. Whenever we had a complaint, he offered to send someone over to fix the problem. As we have members of our household with dust allergies, thorough dusting is very important to us.
