They have a very professional website and a "49 Point Checklist" that they use each time they clean the house to ensure consistency. They did a very good job and always requested feedback on their performance. The only challenge was a bit of turnover in the cleaning staff (which is normal).

From the Maid Pro website, I sent an email request for a quote on cleaning my home. I received a personal phone call from Brent the very next day, and he explained to me in detail their service options, 49-point checklist, and costs. He also told me when he'd be able to send his cleaning crew over for the first cleaning. I also received an email outlining everything we had spoke about on the phone. Maid Pro sent us a card in the mail to announce that they were in our area, we were looking for a maid service and had contacted other maid services with no call back. Brent called me back within one day and gave me a quote over the phone after a short interview for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. We have found Maid Pro to be very reliable and to do a much better job than previous services that we had hired. We are lucky to have Alicia as our primary house cleaner. 1. They came on Wed, we thought she'd be here Thurs. Could have been our mistake easily. I think it surprised her my husband was home. She was rude to him, very kurt, and when my husband apologized for being home she rolled her eyes. 2. My husband put our two dogs outside right away to keep them out of her way. Had this service for about five months, once a month cleaning. Didn't have the same person clean my home each time based on MaidPro scheduling of employees. The last time they were in my home, the floors were not cleaned, the carpet not vacumned, the bathrooms were not cleaned; some dusting was done. They came back the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to re-do the cleaning; small items on the living room floor were vacumned around not moved.
