Verified Renter I have lived in the same building for 11 years, and recently had to switch units. The staff were very flexible, and I was able to move two units down! I had three days to move in but a nice neighbor at the time helped me move the heavy stuff in. I couldn't picture anything else more fitting for me. I can't afford a mansion!

Verified Renter The location is very convenient since it is closed to supermarket and stores. The bad thing is the exhaust system. When someone is smoking, the smell spread out in the apartment. It should encourage all smokers outside the apartment. I think it makes the apartment more valuable to live.

Verified Renter I would recommend this building to my best friends, since it super worth its value. They have very fast maintainence, friendly sevice, nice managment and all facilities you need for you daily life. The location is very nice, quick walk to lakeside, some walk to jewel and trader joes, and bus/subway stations. For any student seeking for rental near university, this is a great place for 1b1b of any size.
