I took the word of the agent and we closed out my debit card and I was able to get some money out of my account to use until my card gets in!! When I came in your office, I was greeted with a smile. The representative said good morning how may I help you? I told her what I need and she asked for my ID she made sure that it was me. I really appreciate the friendliness and kindness, and like they treated me like they were family. I think you guys are doing a great job I commend all of the tellers and what they do on a daily basis.Ā
I had an amazing experience getting all my business needs done. It was stress free, quick, and professional.Ā

I picked the wrong time of day But it was all good the teller was such a pro. She answered all my questions. And took care of business.Ā
My March statement had not arrived in the mail as usual so after 2 weeks of waiting I went to the State Av. branch to get a copy. The Branch manager was very helpful and friendly to provide what I needed.Ā
