When I came in your office, I was greeted with a smile. The representative said good morning how may I help you? I told her what I need and she asked for my ID she made sure that it was me. I really appreciate the friendliness and kindness, and like they treated me like they were family. I think you guys are doing a great job I commend all of the tellers and what they do on a daily basis.

My March statement had not arrived in the mail as usual so after 2 weeks of waiting I went to the State Av. branch to get a copy. The Branch manager was very helpful and friendly to provide what I needed.
