The process of checking in before my appointment in the advance and paying for whatever copay or patient balance is always very convenient for me. Especially if I am in a rush heading to my appointment. But I also enjoy squaring away any questions or last minute checking in with front desk concierge Joy.😊 She is always a delight to answer any questions I have regarding my appointment needs.
