The process of checking in before my appointment in the advance and paying for whatever copay or patient balance is always very convenient for me. Especially if I am in a rush heading to my appointment. Easy to book appointment, on-line forms helped speed up the process for my first visit. A few minutes in the waiting area and they called me for my appointment. My experience with the therapist was good but I had another appointment with another provider and decided to go with them for future appointments.Ā
