Service consultant tried to upsell the level of service I had ordered through the online appointment process. Also..the service reminder in the car was not reset..started going off about a week after the oil change

Dear God in heaven, I wish I could one time get my car serviced without having to fill out a survey. I absolutely trust this dealer with my truck! I give reviews regularly, but this is over the top.

The young lady that help me was very profesional,I had an incident with my tire, but the Manager was very kind explaining to me, so at the end I was pleased with the service. I only wished they didn’t take that long for a tire change it took 2 1/2 hours.
